Run your own hub Free · Self-hosted

Bring your machines together. Host it your way.

Run your own hub to follow agents across your machines from one dashboard.

You host and manage the hub. Coral runs the agents on each connected machine.

Three steps to your own hub

Start Coral in hub mode, then connect your other Coral machines in Settings → Servers.

  1. Enable remote access on each other Coral server and restart it. Copy its API key.
  2. Run coral --hub on the machine you want to use as the hub.
  3. Open Settings → Servers and add each server’s address and API key. Enable Allow private network for servers on your LAN or tailnet.

Keep your hub on a network you trust

Coral serves HTTP. Use a trusted network, a VPN or tailnet, or your own encrypted tunnel between the hub and your servers.
Protect access to your hub. The remote API keys it stores (encrypted at rest) are usable by anyone who controls the hub, and they allow full control of the servers you register.

Running your own hub is separate from Coral Hub, our hosted dashboard. What Coral Hub does and how it handles your content does not apply to a hub you run yourself.
